Cowhead grew up in NY, on the mean streets of Staten Island. His last job before getting into radio was a fork lift driver in Bayonne, NJ. That sucked. So he packed his bags and moved to Florida. He went to St. Leo College where he spent enough time to earn a .7 GPA and became a member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity.
In his spare time Cowhead likes to take naps, high five midgets and take naps. His heroes are Frank Sinatra, Jack Nicholson, Bob Lassiter, and Little Jimmy Norton. His favorite guests are Dr. Conley, Jay Mohr, David Wells, and Big and Rich.
Cowhead has learned two great life lessons in 34 years and he would like to share them with you:
1. "If someone is bothering you, you have to hit them right away, cause if you don't they will keep coming back" - Dad 1997
2. "Don't be a fool because I'm a fool....be a fool because you're a fool " - A homeless guy 1979
